Mabuting balita para sa mga guro at paaralan: may sarili nang dibisyon ng DepEd ang lungsod ng San Jose.  Dati, ang mga paaralan ng San Jose ay nasa ilalim ng pamamahala ng Dibisyon ng Nueva Ecija na nakahimpil sa lungsod ng Cabanatuan.  Ngayon ay maaari nang kumilos ang naturang dibisyon na hiwalay sa lalawigan ng Nueva Ecija hanggang sa ito ay magkaroon ng kakayahang makapagsarili.  Malaking katipiran ito sa gastos at oras para sa mga guro at iba pang kawani ng DepEd na dati ay kinakailangang bumiyahe sa lungsod ng Cabanatuan para sa kanilang mga pangangailangan.

Pinasinayaan sa Constancio Padilla National High School ang naturang Interim Division nitong Mayo 4 kung saan tinalaga bilang OIC at Asst. Division Superintendent si Dr. Alberto P. Saludez, Ph. D.  Dinaluhan ito ng mga guro, mga coordinator at tagapamanihala ng DepEd, at mga halal na lingkod bayan ng San Jose kasama si Mayor Marivic V. Belena.

“Let us make Constancio Padilla National High School known to the world!”  Thus did Ma. Cheryll Manzano Patulot, Class Valedictorian of Batch 1992, exhort the graduates of Class 2010 on Friday’s 66th commencement exercises which has the theme “Education: Changing Lives.”

Speaking before the 979 members of Class “Tahimik” who, true to form, listened in rapt attention to the guest speaker and deported themselves with remarkable discipline, which elicited praises from Messrs. Marianito Torres and Tristan Ray Manzano who emceed the program.
